If you just purchased Lightning Bug content via the Android Market, you currently have 15 minutes to return the app and refund yourself directly through the Android Market. Generally, we will not provide refunds outside of the Android Market’s 15 minute app return window. The reason for this is simple: when you return an app within the 15 minute window you get your money back, the content is uninstalled from your device, and that’s it. On the other hand, if we issue you a refund from our side it actually costs us $0.30 and you would continue to have access to the software anyway!

We don’t want you to be stuck with software you don’t want anymore than you do. If and when the Android Market offers app developers a more convenient and fair method for refunding users, we will be glad to do it.

So we ask that you please consider this before buying any of our products. In fact, we ask that you consider this whenever you buy anything from anyone on the Android Market!
